Competence and Communicaton, Earth Advantage Broker
Full Service Real Estate. Real Value. Consistent Customer Satisfaction. Good communication is crucial whether electronic or face-to-face. It is after all about representing you and protecting your interests. Buyers and Sellers need winning strategies to meet today's challenges in the real estate market. Kim is a great listener and negotiator and feels comfortable connecting with you in English, German and Japanese. Kim is also helping clients from Europe, Japan and Asia find homes, schools, colleges and so on. Kim has lived abroad in Berlin, London and Tokyo and is rooted in a multi-cultural environment. Kim is thrilled to live in an environmentally conscious area where people think about reducing and recycling and how small everyday actions can make a difference. Kim's happy that the front load washers she grew up have made it across the pond. How about drying the laundry outside on sunny days:) Kim graduated from the University of London.
Your Home-Your Investment
Kim understands that your home is your refuge and perhaps your greatest investment. The market keeps changing but people still need a place to call home!
Marketing Approach, Earth Advantage Broker
Kim's marketing plan is tailored to your individual needs. Kim relies on up-to-date marketing tools to keep you informed of current real estate market trends. Remember all real estate is local!
Communities
Kim remembers those double digit interest rate days in Seattle. Since 2000, home values are up on average by 46% in this area! Seattle's unique geography and great communities maintain their attractiveness. Great neighborhoods and exceptional schools go hand-in-hand. Note that NE Seattle is adding Sand Point Elementary in the fall of 2010 to support the influx of new residents. As a parent, Kim strongly believes in supporting her local schools. Kim built up the PTA sponsored afternoon World Language program at View Ridge Elementary between 2000-2008. Cross-cultural communication is close to her heart. We are a global village. Thank you very much for all your on-going referrals and support.
